stop pounding!
Finally, my head stopped pounding! I swear, it felt like there was 100 little men in my head with little hammers pounding to try and get out. Stupid head!
Note to self: be nice to yourself tomorrow and make sure and rest more than you did today.

So glad to hear your headache is gone. Try not to do anything to stressful for the next few days, give yourself a chance to recover so you do not have a relapse.
